Tiny home: Venture of the master bedroom

 Pile of fabric I received for Free!!! Noting better than Free!! This pile has been just eyeballing me since Saturday night… Seriously felt like it was talking to me…

I really enjoy sewing, something that has been down from gram and mom. My mom used to make me dresses.

Mom came over Tuesday; mind you I was suppose to be doing work on the computer…. Mom reminded me of that. I decided to cut in… Change up the bedroom. This is something I’ve wanted to do since the spring.

This past fall I was given one. A sewing machine that is.

We had an epic fail 3 birthdays ago. Joshua decided he was going to buy me a sewing machine for my birthday. Trouble was walmart must have received a bad batch. We went through 3 faulty ones and decided it was not the right year for a sewing machine as a gift.

We are having BBQ Bacon Meatloaf for dinner. A Pampered Chef recipe.

Also Onion Strings. So Easy to make by the way :))
& Tasty. Oh and I have a little helper

Homemade Smoky BBQ Chips

Well I gave it a shot! They did not turn out as perfect as I was hoping...


1st I took my Pampered Chef Mandoline & sliced 3 potatos.




Took my Pampered Chef Bar Stone & Smoky BBQ Rub
Spread out my potatos on the bar stone.
Sprinkled with BBQ Rub & added some olive oil.

We really love this stuff!! Only $4.50 a bottle!!

They turned out ok... Note...cook slower next time & a little less oil .. I forgot a finished product picture... I will be doing this again!!

The Family


What a Great day Saturday turned out to be. We had a family baby shower! We were blessed with a great deal of diapers (newborn) and wipes! Also quite a few outfits!

Organizational Evening!

Well, I’d say we had a productive evening (last night). Under the sinks got my attention. I threw out a lot!

Advice for things to throw out: half used bottles you have not touched in 3 months, pills you no longer can take, expired products, cleaners you Never use, towels you don’t like (or don’t have room for)!

Also will be dropping 2 bags off today for goodwill.

I have been thinking of starting a blog for a few months now. I just have a lot to say sometimes. One of my great friends suggested the blog name. Which fits our little family and life perfectly.

This gift we are anticipating in March get hic-ups a lot! In addition Wiggles~ wiggles all around! Especially when Daddy – Joshua- talks or reads to baby “Wiggles.” When asked what will you blog about my response is life. Having a new home, expecting a new baby, my projects and organization around our home.
